  • Two recent color photographs (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm) on matte paper with a white background, no cap, and no sunglasses. The photo should not be older than 3 months and should not have been used in any previous visas. The applicant’s ear must be visible.

  • Vaccination certificate (minimum 2 doses), if applicable.

  • NID Card (for adults) / Birth Certificate (for children).

  • Marriage Certificate or Divorce Certificate (for family tours, as per religion). If applying with family but the applicant’s name is not mentioned in the spouse's passport or vice versa, a marriage certificate copy is mandatory.
